Faye Bietola
Centre Director
Hello, my name is Faye Bietola and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning North Ryde. I have worked in the childcare industry for 12 years and have had the opportunity to educate children between the ages of birth to five years.

I hold an Associate Diploma of Child Studies and have completed various other childcare related courses that have enriched my knowledge and inform my every day work with the children, staff and families at the centre.

I began my employment as the Nursery Team Leader before stepping into the position of second in charge. I moved into the role of Centre Director at the end of September 2009. Since then, I have worked closely with children and families and believe that our centre provides a warm, caring and safe environment.

Our centre accommodates for the diverse needs of each individual child. We work under the philosophy that curiosity and the desire for life long learning is paramount to a child’s development. I believe that teaching is one of the most difficult and challenging professions, yet the most rewarding. It is a great privilege to see a child grow and watch their development as you assist them on their path to a happy childhood and a balanced education.
