Situated on the edge of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and within walking distance of the Sunshine Coast's Regional Hospital and train link, Goodstart Nambour is a five room service offering care for young children from six weeks to school age.

We offer competitive fees, great staff to child ratios, a convenient location and over 40 years combined staff experience. Staffed by experienced and qualified child care workers, the centre provides an educational environment for children, with a daily emergent program of hands-on learning through art and craft, language, music and physical movement. 

Goodstart Nambour is renowned for its dynamic and caring approach to the children in its care, and staff ensure many extra curricular activities are included to enhance the children’s stay. In the past this has included visits from the Fire Brigade, a visit from an animal farm and African Cultural performances. The centre provides the children with a variety of educational programs and activities that embrace the Early Years Learning Framework, encouraging children to Belong, Be & Become. All staff are encouraged to attend training courses such as First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training on a regular basis.

We also attend courses that are of interest for personal and professional development, such as Auslan Signing, Diversity in Play, Leadership Skills and Programming.
