Goodstart Early Learning Mount Gambier opened on the 25th of June 2007.     

Our centre is a bright, colourful and welcoming place. One of the many attractive features of our centre is the number of shade structures we have in our outside yards. 

Throughout the day a majority of the yard is shaded by the structures we have in place, helping us to become a sun-safe centre!

Our children in the over two room have worked hard over the years to establish a vegetable garden in their yard. 

They all help out and ensure that it has been watered and that there are no weeds growing in the garden.

These are just a couple of the highlights of our centre!  We would love you to book a tour and come and have a look for yourself.

Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Mount Gambier Central.

I completed a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at the University of South Australia in 2002. Since completing my course I have worked at a number of child care centres throughout the South East. I started as a qualified worker and have progressed through different positions to my current position as Centre Director at Goodstart Mount Gambier.  

I commenced my position here when the centre opened in June 2007 and have seen the centre grow from the one child in our first week to the many I now see every day! I enjoy my position immensely, with the highlight of my day being when I can walk in a room and have all the children welcome me with open arms and their beautiful big smiles!!
