Parking details

Parking Plenty of off street parking, however we do ask that if you are leaving your car at the centre for the day you park on Edward Street so all children can enter and exit the centre safely throughout the day.
Goodstart Early Learning Melrose Park is a 70 place childcare centre catering for children six weeks to five years old. We have four rooms at the centre: a 15 place Nursery room, a Toddler room, a Pre-Kindy room and a Kindy room.

Our experienced childcare staff provide daily age appropriate experiences and sessions to promote the development of all children within the centre. In our Kindy room the children focus on LetterLand activities and school readiness.

This curriculum includes the use of the BroadLearn computers. The centre supplies nutritional morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snacks but we ask that you bring breakfast and bottles from home. We also supply nappies and linen for children to use while they are in attendance.

My name is Vanessa and I have been working in childcare for the past 17 years. While on maternity leave I completed a Diploma of Childcare and spent five years gaining experience as a Group Leader before learning more about the administrative side of childcare and taking on a Centre Director's role.

I have been the Director here at Goodstart Early Learning Melrose Park since March 2007. I have found it very important over the years to get to know all the children in the centre and form friendships and bonds. I have also found it equally important to build a relationship of trust with each family at the centre.

I have found Goodstart Early Learning Melrose Park an excellent place to work. The staff come together as a team and their passion and care for the children at the centre shows each day. I also love all the cuddles from my little friends!!
