Parking Parking is available in the centre car park situated out the front, along with curb side parking on the centre roadside.
Goodstart Early Learning Maleny is a 74 place, five room long day care centre catering for children aged six weeks to school age. Situated in the beautiful natural hinterland, the centre provides a daily bus service to and from the Maleny State School along with a Vacation Care program in the school holidays.

The centre is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning units in all rooms and has two separate playgrounds for the children to learn and play in. Our rooms are spacious and colourful with a relaxed environment to empower children's learning and development.                

Our staff are all highly qualified teachers and are always ready to assist children and their families.  The centre is equipped with resources to support and foster the learning styles of each child and offers a developmental program in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.  
                                                   
The centre philosophy focuses on children being happy, safe and stimulated in an environment filled with fun learning. Children are encouraged to build friendships in a safe, secure and well supervised environment.

My name is Jo Biggs and I have been an Educator in the Early Childhood sector for the past 11 years. I hold a Bachelor of Education gained in New Zealand where I spent nine years of my teaching career before moving to Australia with my two young children.                                       

I believe that children should enjoy an early childhood environment that encourages them to become competent and confident learners. I encourage strong partnerships with families as they are crucial to each child's well being, development and progress. Family input and active communication help us to better understand each child and fosters a sense of community with the centre.                                          

My passion and drive, combined with the dedication of our talented and educated teachers ensures that Goodstart Early Learning Maleny is performing at the highest standards each day.
