I have worked in the childcare industry for approximately 16 years. I started as an assistant and worked my way up to certificate three, group leader and for the past 3 years as Centre Director. I am a mother of three and are aware of the needs of young children and strive to provide the highest quality care. The staff and parents are able to approach me with questions/concerns as I have built a good relationship with them. My centre has recently been accredited under my Direction.
