Goodstart Early Learning Eight Mile Plains is a purpose-built centre, which opened in January 2004. It is a unique double-centre, with one building specialising in care for Nursery and Toddler children, this is Babyworld. The main centre offers placement for children aged 2 years to 6 years. This enables all children access to resources and care specific to their age group.
All staff show care, affection and love towards all children in their care. Our centre boasts a family orientated approach to early childhood education, and invites all parents to participate in the centre program and activities. We also offer extra curricular programs.

Between our two Centre Directors, there is over 25 years experience with early childhood education. Louise has a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and Erin is studying the Advanced Diploma in Children's Services and have both taught all age groups from birth to seven years.
We believe a childcare centre needs to be a caring, safe environment, where each child develops a feeling of value and importance through lots of attention and love. Praise, cuddles and positive comments should be a common feature of any childcare environment! We also believe parents are the most important people in a child’s life and the information parents have about their child is invaluable. Parents are always welcome in our centre.
