Special directions

Travelling by car If you are travelling to our centre by car, use the entrance on Hollywood Avenue, ensuring that you take the ramp that will take you to the upper carpark on Level R4.
Travelling by public transport If you are using public transport, terminate at Bondi Junction Terminal. We are located on Level 6 of the northern side/Tower 1 of Westfield. We are located across from the Fitness First.

Parking details

Parking There are seven parking spaces for dropping off and picking up your child. These parking spaces are located on parking level R4 in the Westfield car park. They have Junction Juniors signage and are specifically for our families at our three ABC Bondi Junction Juniors centres.
Goodstart Early Learning Bondi West is a 65 place centre conveniently located on Level 6 of the Bondi Westfield Shopping Centre, with easy access to parking and the Bondi Junction Terminal. We also have designated parking spaces allotted to the centre to enable a safe drop off for families. Our centre is secure, accessible with a pin code that is given only to our parents.

Our centre is spacious and filled with natural light and our rooms are split into three age groups. We have two beautiful outdoor play areas for each age group at the centre. 

Our staff are committed professionals who foster an ethos of respect and belonging. Our team is culturally diverse and this diversity translates into our educational programs. We also encourage families to participate in the development of our responsive program.  

We have a strong focus on school readiness in our preschool rooms and endeavour to extend upon children’s interests. We also offer Italian language and Visual Arts classes for our Prekindy and Kinda Dance classes for the Toddler's as extra-curricular experiences on a weekly basis.  

Our on-site Cook is a qualified Sushi Chef who provides nutritious meals daily and caters for a number of special dietary requirements. Our cook creates the meals on our menu using a mixture of vegetarian and non-vegetarian ingredients using the Long Day Care Menu Planning Method developed by the NSW Department of Health. 

We have an on-site Registered Nurse who provides prompt care and assistance to maintain the health and well-being of all children and staff in our centre. Our Nurse also provides monthly training for staff so they are up to date in their knowledge of illness and health in the 0-6 years, as well as organising quarterly First Aid courses and information sessions for our parents and carers.

Hi, my name is Kirsty and I am the Centre Director. I began as Centre Director for Goodstart Early Learning Bondi Junction Oxford Street West in April 2011. I started with Goodstart Early Learning Bondi Junction Oxford Street South in February 2008. Prior to becoming the Centre Director I worked in the Preschool room as the Group Leader for 3 years.

I studied at the University of Newcastle, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Early Childhood studies in 2006. I am very proud to be associated with such a wonderful high quality centre, and working with my colleagues, strive each and every day to uphold this excellent standard of care for the children and families at our centre.
