Goodstart Early Learning Beaumaris is located across the road from Beaumaris Primary School, behind the concourse in a quiet one way street. 

We have large playgrounds and a room designed especially for quiet time. Our centre staff are always friendly and inviting whilst focusing on the children's educational, physical and emotional well being.

Our families love to participate in centre events which include celebrations for Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Special Friends Day and an End of Year Celebration when the children present a special concert.

My name is Leigh Dodd. I come from Aotearoa, New Zealand where my work with children spanned many years. In more recent years I was working with special needs children and relief teaching.

After moving to Australia I worked in a variety of centres before joining Goodstart. I have since completed my Diploma of Children's Services.

I strive to provide a warm, caring, safe and stimulating environment where children's self esteem is developed. I believe that learning about one's self and developing an awareness of others is key to growth. We aim to form strong relationships between children, centre staff, families and our community.
