Goodstart Early Learning Algester was opened in June 2006. The centre has a rural atmosphere, with large gum trees surrounding us. Our centre caters for children from six weeks to school age.

Our facilities are modern, with reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the indoor learning spaces. All five rooms are well equipped and the centre has three playgrounds, all with excellent shade.

At Goodstart Early Learning Algester, we pride ourselves on delivering exciting and educational learning experiences for each child in our care. The staff work hard to ensure that each child builds strong relationships with others. Our families enjoy coming together to celebrate special events throughout the year.

Hi, my name is Kim Rawlings and I am proud to be the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Algester. I have worked as an Early Childhood educator since 1992 and have been working at Goodstart Early Learning Algester since February 2007. During my time in childcare I have worked as an Assistant, Group Leader and in my current position, Centre Director. I hold an Advanced Diploma of Children's Services.

I strive to ensure that our centre is safe, secure and enjoyable for each child in our care. I believe in tailoring the care and education we provide around each child's unique strengths, interests and abilities.
